Here's a problem . . . you have a 75-page PDF and you want to extract just a few pages from it. For example, pages 1,2,5,8 and 21-25.

What's the best way to do that?

Acrobat's Pages Panel, unfortunately, doesn't let you extract a non-sequential range of pages.

However, there are two good workarounds:
  1. Drag and drop pages to a new PDF
  2. Use the Combine function (weird, but it works!)
